This rug measures 8x9 ft. This design has been re-made for the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Mass.
Norman Rockwell is best known for his Saturday Evening Post Covers in detailed americana paintings. Mr. Rockwell purchased 2 of this abtract floral designs in the late 1950s early 1960s. We belive this is when Mr. Rockwell was experimenting with his little known abstract period. The Ruggery was honored to remake some of these rugs for the museum this spring for their studio. This design has been made in many different sizes and color combinations.
