  This is a sample of the rug in proccess that will be installed into a 14′ x 16′ ft New York City apt. The higher areas are hooked on a high loop, then hand sheared.

The Strie’ rug is finished and installed at Nantucket

The wool colors were hand dyed for this project and were selected from fabric on the chairs, and wall color.   The muti level hooking process adds a great dimension to the rug and the room.
